Crochet and Coffee

I've had a lovely day today, I awoke to a beautiful day, perfect for a stroll by the water, lucky for me my coffee date partner Fiona was running late. So I got in a lovely walk along Balmoral foreshore. Before snapping up a couple of chairs in the sun, out on the waters edge of The Boatshed at Balmoral.

Fiona arrived and we had a lovely chat and shared our crocheted items, whilst enjoying a coffee, amazing how quickly a couple of hours chatting away can be enjoyed. I love the feel of The Boatshed and wow the roses were stunning.
It was really a wonderful relaxing way to start the day. But it made me realise that I have never shared the finished images of my African flower blanket. Which I started thanks to Facebook images that Fiona posted of her beginnings of a African flower pattern that I had admired and pinned to my crochet board in Pinterest. And so my crochet bug was was reborn.... Thanks Fiona :)

    1. Hey Michelle! The roses were stunning, I am kicking myself I didn't buy a bunch. Yes I made that dream sign above my bed quiet a few years back now...it is a canvas with wooden letters that I have screwed to it, via a timber support on the back. :)
