Walking my way to a Better ME

Diary Date - 17th - 21st May 2015

One week into my Prehab and today is a non Physio day, but I'm still pushing the knees, and enjoying coffee after a 20 minutes Oceanside walk, all in the name of finding a better me, and I am actually feeling recharged

 Bonus to these extra early days at Physio is I get to enjoy these amazing sunrises... they make my day's seem brighter before I begin the hardwork.

Walking through my pain today, not as far or as long but I am doing it finding that better me.

 Well, ice and elevation are becoming popular ways of catching up on TV programmes.
