This is one of our Sunday's in April.... Bianca was the Chef with Mitch's assistance the hand made Ricotta Gnochi was wonderful... that 5 hour lamb Ragout... oh melt in the mouth.
I was on Dessert duty and this Lemon Meringue Cake was divine, thanks Kate for our Pickled on Peisley Lemon Butter making the perfect addition to this.
