Family Day Sundays

With a house filled with Adults, all working different rosters and living life. It's just got a bit crazy for this MUM. So a new rule was made, it's time to get back to the Sunday Roast (or family feast).  Visitors welcome, just make sure we all make the effort to enjoy a meal together, cooking together and enjoying each others company.

This is one of our Sunday's in April.... Bianca  was the Chef with Mitch's assistance the hand made Ricotta Gnochi was wonderful... that 5 hour lamb Ragout... oh melt in the mouth.

I was on Dessert duty and this Lemon Meringue Cake was divine, thanks Kate for our Pickled on Peisley Lemon Butter making the perfect addition to this.
