10 day walk at home challenge

Yep no more procrastinating and avoiding the getting fit. I have been working towards healthier eating the past few weeks, and today was the day, that Bianca and I got in and did our first walk at home session....

so I have walked a mile....and feel good....

Here is to the begining of walking my very own marathon in my own home some time soon.
