just random chattering

Well it has been crazy here.. the last week, has flown by. Brian had a rushed visit to emergency with a kidney stone. I have never felt so worried, not knowing what was causing the pain, and when i say pain I have watched him break bones, and never seen anything like this....thank goodness it has passed and he is now just learning to drink loads of water.

I am still working on my gift for my giveaway!!! - yes you can still sign up - have decided to run it till the end of September, with all the things i have to do this month, just thought i would stretch it out.

There is still room for 2 more participants on my pay if forward as well.

I have been plotting and planning and spying on my Chookyblue secret Santa partner....lol love that it is a secret!!!

I have signed up for another swap over on Mel's blog this one is a gratitude swap, and we have to make a little bag to put some stationary in, so looking forward to working on this one...just need to get a few things out of the way first, as Forever Always Retreat is only 2 weeks away now. But my Partner for this swap is Mel's Big Sister....Beth (waving), and we have swapped emails, so i know a little more about her too...but well having been a reader of Mel's blog for a while, i have lurked on Beth's blog too.

Today, I have done the ironing, done some stitching, and the other household chores....

Here is a photo share.....These are my sweet peas - yep i planted them from seed, and the plants are as tall as me...not that that's very tall LOL.

They are just outside my front door and they smell divine. I love that spring has sprung, but what happened to the wonderful sun we had on Monday....it's a little chilly today.
